Full Window I like these surreal TV dance routine remixes by Buffmetube. Each dance is is retro-fitted with a new and unexpected piece of music by artists including Sonic Youth, M.I.A., Radiohead, Moby, NIN, Snoop Dog, and more. You get the picture. The final result is dreamlike and strange. It reminds me of a David Lynch movie, and there's even one number bathed in blue light featuring the unmistakable voice of Julee Cruise. A Great idea, great song choices, and very nicely done!

Ace and Eddie in Smash Your Baggage (1933) "An obscure flash act in the short film Smash Your Baggage. You can see one of them doing the same acrobatics as Sammy Davis Jr, and what's more, it's better than Davis. This is their only film appearance as far as I know. Don't ask me which is which! "There are two distinctive forms of Irish dancing; solo dances and figure dances. Solo dances are performed nowadays mainly in exhibition or competition and require a great deal of skill and years of practice. There are several main Irish step dances: reel, light jig, heavy jig, single jig and the hornpipe. There are many variations of these dances and each dancing school has its own version of the steps. A heavy jig is danced in an aggressive manner in heavy shoes, which produce a stamping sound.

This is a Youtube playlist with about 17 songs by Petit-Pays of Cameroon.
All this great music by Cameroonian musician, Petit-Pays was uploaded to Youtube by idamawatu of the Seka Moke Foundation.
"...Petit-Pays born Adolphe Claude Moundi in Douala Cameroon(1969)[1]. He is also knows as OMEGA, Rabi Rabi, Turbo and famously Advocat defenseur des femme (advocate for women). He is one of the most celebrated Cameroonian musicians of the late 80's and 90's. He is known as the best Makossa bass guitarist of his era and arguable the best ever. [2] His music has evolved over the years adapting to contemporary African genres. He mixes native Cameroonian makossa with sokous, zouk, and salsa, leading to the portmanteau label of makozouk for some of his music.[3] He lunched his first album Houssa in 1987, after working with makossa producers. In Houssa he says his father is Houssa and mother is Douala."
"Twelve Girls Band ... is a music women artists group who started with twelve members but later become thirteen, that use traditional Chinese instruments to play both traditional Chinese and Western songs. Formed on June 18, 2001, the women were selected by audition from more than 4,000 contestants. Each woman is classically-trained, and the band members come from various conservatories in the People's Republic of China (PRC), including the China Academy of Music, the Chinese National Orchestra, and the Central Conservatory of Music.
Chinese numerology gave Wang Xiao-Jing the idea for the Twelve Girls Band. When the "father of Chinese rock music" decided he wanted to create a woman ensemble, he knew it needed 12 members. Per Chinese mythology it is the twelve jinchai (12 hairpins) representing womanhood. The twelve women that Xiao-Jing assembled were experienced musicians from the People's Republic of China's orchestras, played ancient Chinese instruments, and all were in their twenties. For the new project, the women were inspired by the art of the Yue Fang, the ensembles who played in the Tang Dynasty courts during the years A.D. 618 to 907."
