She basically says she's heard it all before and just get the hell over it. She also explains that she began pole dancing to help her deal with a debilitating anxiety disorder. Well, it must be working if she is able to do all this scary looking athletic dancing and post the videos onto Youtube. If you're really inspired, she has some great how-to videos that will give step-by-step instructions on how to do the moves. It looks like you better in pretty good shape before attempting any of this at home!
